I had an attachment of earnings for many, many years but have been ORDERED (bullied into) to pay £22:00 per week for the next 104 weeks. I begged the question as to how I have such arrears &amp; was fobbed off with aggressive intimidating responses &amp; told in no uncertain terms that if I did not agree to pay the arrears back at these rates, I would be forced to pay the arrears back at £101:50 per week until 04/2012. I even went to the appeals court in Leicester many years ago to contest arrears at the beginning of the order &amp; WON my case to have a deferment of arrears issued but this has not been recognised. I have therefore began to re-pay £2288 to THE SECRETARY OF STATE that I can ill afford to pay as it is!
