Maybe some people are total SCUM that just refuse to support their child? Have you thought of THAT?

Whether a parent – man or woman chooses to work or be a stay at home carer – the absent parent should contribute to their child’s emotional wellbeing which includes making sure they are financially stable.

The comments expresses coupled with the energy and venom wasted in avoiding CSA payments is laughable. Something is seriously wrong with those that think this avoidance behaviour is OK.

I work full time, my husband pays for his son through a DEO and has done with no quibbles for years. My ex refuses to pay for my Daughter and the CSA, despite being given all the information of where he works and lives etc, recently paid me £6k as they had been chasing the wrong person! The only thing which now stands in my way is his employer. I intend to have them fined and prosecuted for being obstructive. My MP has been involved twice and that’s the only reason I have ever got anywhere with my claim. Not all mothers are happy to stay at home and sponge. I had 2 jobs until first quench went under and am currently in talks to start another.

I bet he ‘d be happy to pay for nursery so you can get your ass back to work!

infact most men would REVEL in making their ex partners get back to work instead of sitting at home collecting paycheques they never earned.

us fathers will pay for the childrens nursery – so you women can get your asses back to work and earn a living

we dont want to deprive our child, but we don’t want to give you money directly in any shape or form either…

Hi,

If you haven’t already, escalate your case to a complaint, send a copy to your local MP, and request their intervention – Although, the agency maybe unable to trace him, they can locate him via the address you have supplied. Keep at it!

Good luck Pippa!

After getting so angry about it today, I’ve been in touch with the CSA again Even after I’d given them the address I know him to be staying at 3 times (which hadn’t been logged) she has now told me that she will be writing to him demanding 8K which includes arrears.. He should receive this letter tomorrow. Not looking forward to the backlash from him! Will keep you posted.

I have precisely the same problem, been going on two years now. However, they have recently finally based the calculation on ‘best evidence’ – his earnings taxed three years ago (been off the radar financially since like yours). He is now accumulating arrears which will eventually catch up with him I hope…good luck.
