Ex lies to CSA to reduce his payments to me
August 5, 2012
It took CSA over 7 years to catch up with my sons father and now he is claiming to have split up with his fiance whom he has 3 kids with, so that my csa payments are cut. All total lies.
He has told CSA that he is back staying with his parents and has private arrangement to pay for their 3 kids so my CSA payments have been dramatically reduced.
Contacted the CSA and they have asked me to take photos to prove he is still with her. What can I do?

fiona,
At present, the CSA would not recognise a private agreement , the case would need to go through them for a reduction to be applied.
How long has your ex supposedly been living back at his parents?
