Ex has own business and will not pay the Child Support Agency

July 30, 2011

I’m really sorry for the fathers and mothers who are being made fools of by ex partners and the CSA.

my daughters father happens to have 2 houses, a car and his own business and is refusing to pay me anything. This happened suddenly after 12 years of paying on the dot.

Currently I work 4 jobs and cannot work any more hours to compensate for the loss of money.

My point is this though: it is my mother and father and my current partner who are having to put their hands in their pocket and help. Where is the fairness in that?

    good for him…he found a way out…

    how about a mutual agreement?

I won’t be replying to any comment you make again, because to come out with something as silly as that doesn’t deserve a response.

But I will say this: if someone does not accept responsibilty for their child by paying, caring, protecting and giving unconditionally they don’t deserve the right to call themselves a parent. Being a parent is all about being selfless and giving unconditionally TO the best of your ability. It is then that a child doesn’t grow up feeling unloved, worthless and undervalued. And when the absent parent doesn’t provide these things, it is the other parent who has to watch their child suffer. This isn’t a pretty sight and the older the child gets the harder this becomes.
