Do you have evidence against the CSA?

Although I have paid my ex through the CSA religiously for 10 years, there was a period of time when the assessment was at a higher rate than it should have been – my fault for not advising the CSA early enough. They have applied for a liability order but apart from bullying tactics they have made several glaring mistakes which I exposed in court (yesterday). The magistrates have given me 4 weeks – well probably 6 weeks to communicate with them and resolve the issues. I have been in contact with Stephen Geraghty’s (head of CSA) office and intend to liaise with him to resolve my issues.
My email is very critical of the CSA and it is my intention to try to seek damages and to expose their errors to Gordon Brown and David Cameron. They are both looking to save money and I am looking to expose the waste of public money due to their mistakes. Does anyone have any evidence of waste of public funds due to the CSA. Good Luck, unfortunately I wrote to Stephen Geraghty many times and dont remember getting a reply, I got replies from his office and the Parliamentary Ombudsman, but still didnt resolve anything for me. Still hasnt, I only got somewhere when the media got involved. As for Money Waste, I have asked how much my case alone has cost over the 11 yrs which I believe they should claim back off my ex for his constant lies and fraud. I hope you get somewhere.
I have 4 liability orders and the CSA have recently been granted a Vacant Possession Order on our house. We have to be out by May 31st. I have a report on my Data Information File pointing out many errors made in calculations etc. I even had a refuse to revise notice issued to me on the grounds of insufficient information provided, even though all the needed information had been with them for years.
My partner and her daughter are being kicked out too and it was their house years before i met them.
You couldnt make it up
My last resort…i have sold my kidney. Its illegal i know but since when have the CSA worried about small things like that.
Watch this space. I will go public after the operation.
