Hi joseph,
Before advice can be given, a lot more info is needed regarding your case.
Join us in the forum at http://www.afairercsaforall.co.uk
Hi Joseph
You will be better off coming over to http://www.deadbeatdadsassociation.co.uk, we have discovered a way to stop them taking you to court and also taking you to prison, we won another court case in Scotland for a dad who they wanted to send to prison we dismissed the Sheriff and stopped this dad from going to prison.
The top and bottom of this whole thing about taking you to the Magistrates Court to have a liability order granted for £20.000 is also out of the jurisdiction of the Magistrates court, only Joe Bloggs is not aware of this scam being done by the CSA and the Corporate company trading as the Magistrates Court.
We can guarantee you we can help you stop this, have alook at our site drop us and email or even call us on 07523936072 we look forward to hearing from you
At this stage, prior to court involvement, it would be sensible for joseph to ascertain if amounts etc are correct and if not have this attended to – which in the grand scheme may well reduce the alleged arrears…
As joseph is now in receipt of a “We can guarantee you we can help you stop this”, obviously any out come other than that of the ‘guarantee’, may well have legal implications for the guarantor and joseph should satisfy himself of his own legal position.
The implications of any guarantee would have to remain between DBDA and Joseph and he can make his own mind up where advice would be concerned as to which path he would rather take, he is of course a” Free man” and therefore has every right to make his own decisions.
