CSA mistake will cost me my home

I was paying my parter standing order to the csa. I got a letter off the csa telling me they were starting to take money out of my wages. When asked why as ive missed no payment there could not tell me why.
They told me to stop my standing order. Which i did. As i told them this was unfair and that my parter had put court orders on me after i served paper on her to see my child. They told me to send in court order as i mite not have to pay. I did, they stopped taking money from wages.
Now ive got a letter saying i owe all this back pay. But they stop taking the money out of my wages. Thinking it was the court order stopping me from paying. Am still and alway have been with the same work company. They wont say this is there fault and wont let me pay this of in bit.
Now they want to take £600 a month. For 8 months out of my wage witch will see me lose my house. please can you help?
