Sorry to hear or your problems and I do not wat to sound like the merchant of doom but I really wouldn't hold out much hope if my experience with the not so wonderful CSA is anything to go by.

I have been informed I will never be able to work again due to an accident, therefore I was put on long term incapacity at £105 pw. This being the case I was deducted the standard £5pw from my benefit. She appealed and was knocked back twice but ended up in the tribuals and they believed what she said eg I go on 6 holidays a year and I got football matches (even though i'm supposed to be out of the country!)etc all were true 10 years ago when I could work but even though I could prove that she was lying the judge ruled in her favour and awarded her £66pw and even backdated it so I owe nearly £9000.

I have been in contact with my MP and everyone else I can think of but to no avail but I wish you well in your battle with the jobsworths

Is your case CSCS (CS1) or CS2 ? ( if the case commenced on or after 03/03/03 its CS2, before this date it will be CSCS)

When you have had a change in circumstances, did you inform the agency at the time the change occured?
