Hi Michelle2,

Re; 1st child's case.

Maintenance and child support are not connected.

How old is child 1?
When did the agency first become involved in this case?

Re; The twins .

It appears that the agency are not taking into account the cash payments made by your OH.

Did the agency calculate the liability on this case?

Is the payment method, direct pay?

- Your OH needs to establish whether the alleged arrears for both cases are correct.
Apply for his Data Protection file, there's a template letter in the downloads section at www.afairercsaforall.co.uk - send it signed for and keep copies.

if i were u if you if your partner is going to carry on paying cash, make sure he pays it into her bank so he has prroof, my partner was doing this with his ex, and beacuse i got pregnant..8 years after hey split.. she decided to go to the csa and say he hadnt paid for all theses years so he now has £7500 of debt to pay off because of that lieing cow.
i dont no whats going on with ur case hun but it just seems none of them seem to no what the hell their doing..when we wa trying to reduce my partners payment..basically they had left us £80 a month for us to both live on and bring a baby up on, we were making phone call after phone call and everyone was just fobbing us off.
it seems they couldnt give a shit if the father has another family to bring up..he now pays £600 a month that is more than our rent and council tax..
