If you have supplied proof to the agency that the deductions were made, they should investigate. Your old employer could be prosecuted under section 32(8) of the Child Support Act 1991.

If you haven&#039;t already, escalate your case to a complaint, keep copies of all correspondence and send signed for. Also send copies to your local MP and request their assistance.</description>
