CSA Illegally deducting money from my wages

I recieved a letter from the CSA stating to me that as of 05/09/2011 my Child maintenance case has been closed due to the fact that both my children no longer qualify.
My son has been living with me for the past 2 years as after the money stopped being paid for him, a difference of approx. £4 per week his Mother threw him out of her house.
I still had £3800 worht of arrears to pay to the CSA and after remortgaging my house to release the money i am now clear of them…..Or so i thought.
The money was paid to them and cleared 6 weeks ago and still they are deducting money from my wages under a now non existant DEO. I have contacted them several times and been told i’ll recieve a call back but nothing.
I am now going to take them to court for theft and Fraud ( Gaining money by deception) as they are decieving my works wages dept. into thinking i have a court order against me.
