CSA have pocketed my money and I want to prosecute!

November 14, 2017

I have recently finished paying the csa as my son is now in uni. They admit I have overpaid by £420 as they continued to take money from my pay after he moved. They told me it had been paid to my ex and they will not refund me. I found out they didn’t send my money to my ex. In fact they stopped her money in October with a tiny payment of £36 telling her it was her last part payment while taking the full amount from me.

The csa lied took overpayments and told me i have no right to appeal!

Can anyone help me in trying to prosecute them? I know I will never see my money again but feel a charge of misconduct in a public office would stop this happening to others.

Carl you should be able to get your money back but you will have to seek a resolution through the tribunal.

Do you help with this? Contact me at [email protected]
