CSA has cost me my new relationship

January 2, 2013

I have lost 3 jobs now due to CSA not listening to me when I tell them I cant afford the amount of money they ask for.

I seriously need help with this! It has also made me lose my recent girlfriend.

I feel realy depressd and it is not in my nature to feel like this, But when you have tried everything and you cant afford to eat what do you do ??

I havnt even seen my 2 boys in 2 years as she left me for someone else and started a new family with him.

I have been to court to try and get access to see them over weekends. It got me now where she has moved away from the area. I dont think I will ever see them again but The CSA still want my money THAT i HAVNT GOT :/

HOW DO PPL IN MY SHOES CARRY ON WITH THERE LIFES ??

Sam:- The CSA should be asking for 20% of your net income, less any allowances for children in your household and shared care, for maintenance contributions. This will be a lower amount if you earn lees than £200 per week.
If you are no longer in employment you must tell the CSA or they will continue to charge at the old rate.
