CSA hang up on guy facing repossession

In a frightening display of callousness, the child support agency hang up on a guy being wrongfully hit with a DEO for £550, that means he cannot meet his mortgage payments. The woman refuses to speak to him once she realises the call is being recorded and hangs up, regardless of the fact that the man is facing repossession due to a mistake the CSA have ALREADY admitted to.
This phonecall follows on from one previously made into a video, and we’ve been promised a third one in the trilogy.

[..YouTube..] these type of systems can not be stopped, but only slowed down. i’d suggest all dads, give-up their lively-hood, stop working, build-up in arrears, and demand to goto prison longterm, refuse to leave prison until demands are met. let women work and take over everything. let them pay for the entire state bill, especially, building and maintaining larger and larger prisons. let the kids sue the state, CSA. watch the national debt rise, and courts and CSA start to change.
[..YouTube..] I was paying £223 a month including arrears, now they want the arrears within 2 years. The asked me for an additional £140 a month. As a result i stand to lose my car and house.
As i disputed this i was put on a DEO immediately without prior warning notification.
They sent a collection schedule asking me for £645 next month and then £400 a month for the next 2 years. I earn £900 a month pay a mortgage, debt management and car finance. It doesnt take a genius to work out im fucked!

i’am currently going bankrupt becuase the csa take 40% of my monthly wage.
not that going bankrupt stops them as they have to much power.
but it means i will be able to pay for the fuel to travel 220 mile to collect them every 8 weeks

[..YouTube..] Im currently being hounded by the CSA “Child shambles agency” its not a very pleasent experience, i owe £1000 in back payments i have agreed to that however the CSA have bumped this up to over £4000 without giving ANY proof. the magistrates were powerless to stop them from gaining a liability order, i am now screwed, CSA style. i have started a new group on Facebook called “reform the child support agency”
Rads, have you tried appealing the LO, did you ask for a breakdown of your account under the FOI act? Have you had any contact from the bailiffs? There are things you can do!! Good luck with the group on facebook. If you need more info type in deadbeatdads and you should get our group.Take care .
[..YouTube..] He can’t record it without informing the person first as he is breaking the law. Thats why the Child Support Agency intro says it is recording so to make sure it is in line with the law.
[..YouTube..] You can record the CSA or anybody aslong as you inform the person you are recording at the beginning of the conversation. To record somebody without their permission is against the law that’s why the CSA intro states it is recording to make sure it isn’t breaking the same law.

Iwould suggest you pay what the liability order is for otherwise they will pass the case onto a private bailiff firm to collect the money.
737378 what absolute rubbish, he can record the CSA without informing then there is no law being broken there, and why should the NRP pay the Liability Order if the CSA have not adhered to the law in the courts in the first place, which does happen and we have proven them to have broken the law and stop several orders going through, the baillifs have a certain time period to collect the money and they have no rights threatening NRPs with “if you dont pay this amount in the next five days we will remove goods and sell them”, this is illegal and threatening behaviour, the other tactic of saying “we will remove goods using a locksmith in your absence is also illegal” bailiffs are not authorised to tell NRPs that they will have their license revoked, CCJs put against them, commital to prison or all three” that is also not for them to state ithat is the responsibility of the County Court, which will be better for the NRP once the bailiff has passed the case back to the CSA who will then place it with the County Court Judge. Once it is in the County Court then the NRP can ask for evidence to be produced to show that the arrears have become due, and that the NRP is the liable person, and if it is proven that the NRP is the liable person then the NRP can make the arrangements to pay back the arrears through the courts at a suitable rate suitable to the NRP not suitable for the CSA/CMEC. The NRP is innocent until proven guilty and if the Liability Order has been issued unlawfuly then it needs to be question and the law needs to be adhered to. The CSA may think it is the law but unfortunately it is not the law

If they can record us then i see no harm in recording them. the CSA have hounded me for the last 9 years and i am also paying too much and i am on the brink of bankruptcy all because the csa will not listen to or do anything to help me. all they want is money and they dont care how they get it. they have taken it direct from my wages now for over 6 years and i am still in arrears

I am trying to organise a very large group of men (and their partners) who are being financially murdered by the CSA to step up with me and change the rules and laws so that like our ex-wives we to may be able to move on with our lives and start again. As a parent paying child support I deserve the right to start my life again as do many other men out there. Yet with the amount CSA takes from us, starting again is very difficult.

The CSA penalises us for late payments even though they deduct them automatically from our PAY, they increase our payments without warning or informing. [..YouTube..] Like many, many men out there paying Child Support I work overtime (not too much) so that I may earn a little extra money in my pay cheque here and there so that I may catch up on a few bills, buy a bit of extra food or perhaps try to save some money so that I can buy some furniture or items I need in order to help me restart my life and what does the CSA do? They increase my payments because I have increased my earnings. How the hell are we supposed to get a head in life?

Whenever a parent paying CSA disputes the amount they are paying and want it changed the CSA sends an ALF wanting to know what you own and how much it is worth. Go to Hell I say. The things we own are the things we have bought after our seperation, things we are entitled to such as another car, furniture etc. Why should their value depend on how much Child Support we pay?

There are organisations that are exposing what is going on with the whole governement as it is all inter-connected, but the best way is to keep making the CSA/CMEC transparent, when they lie and cheat and steal, make it public knowledge, there are more people now doing videos to expose evrything,good informative videos,just go to You tube and type in csa,deadebeat dad,dwp corruption,government, anything with key words like that and it all comes up.
There will be a mass revolution before long and the government will have more blood on their hands.

It was my choice to leave so, even though I would have qualified, I didn’t sue for maintenance. I took my half of the equity of the house that we both paid into and the car that I came into the relationship with.
I felt that if my case were on the books family law would see that both partners are responsible for relationships breaking down and that one shouldn’t profit at the others suffering.
