CSA get a County Court judgment against me
April 9, 2010
I have about £25k arrears to pay back to the CSA as they have a wages attachment order following a County Court judgment against me. I have asked them for permisstion to have the judgment set aside and they say I can’t as the 28 day appeal period elapsed.
I am currently waiting on a response from the Data Protection Unit for the printout subjection to DPA 1984/88 in relation to obtaining all notepad and clerical computer entries. I did not know of these proceedings and can prove I was not residing at the addresses they were writing to at the time.

You should write to the County Court requesting that the judgement is set aside on the basis that you were not resident at the address upon which the Application was served and therefore knew nothing about it, not the CSA.
