Good luck Elizabeth.

We all need to highlight at every opportunity, and to everyone we can, how the CSA use unhand tactics to frame innocent individuals for the purpose of disguising their incompetency.

Thanks Michael, I'll let you know!

Chall, I spoke to a very compliant lady at the DPU who is sending me a list of addresses they have for him and what dates he was supposed to be living there. Thankfully he was on the electoral role at his old address which we can prove.

Thanks for your support.

Hi Elizabeth,

It's amazing what can turn up....

Is your OH able to take to the tribunal any evidence such old utility bills or/and bank statements from the same or slightly later period to prove his address?

To echo Michael, it would be interesting to hear what they have to say.

Good luck.

Hi Elizabeth

You could please let us know what happens at this tribunal next month? We'd love to know how this turns out and how they try to wriggle out of this one.

Good luck!
