CSA does not listen to my change in circumstances

I have a 7 year old boy, i was living alone and had contact with him 2-3 days a week. I then moved in with my girlfriend in Dec 2008 , she has a 9 year old daughter. I informed the CSA about my change in circumstance and they did NOTHING , my son then came to live with me full time in October 2009.

I informed the CSA and they did NOTHING! I was then granted full residency order by a UK court of law. I sent this info into the CSA and they did NOTHING, they keep trying to take 400 pounds out of my account every month , and are threatening me , i am at my wits end!!

    Hi Robert,

    Is your case CS1 OR CS2?

    Are you claiming child benefit for your son?
