CSA are holding my money

My ex partner has been back at work since May2009. The CSA were informed by both myself and him of this but to date have failed to sort out my case, or give me a payment schedule. They are holding £308.88 of my money until their ‘calculations have been checked’ on what arrears I’m owed. Every time I call or complain I’m told its in the final stages and could take up to 8 weeks to be finalised…this 8 weeks seems to be a moving target. Its always 8 weeks from my phone call!
As far as my ex is concerned, he’s paying, but they are not passing it on to me.
Is there some other way to get justice as their own complaints proceedure doesn’t seem to get me anywhere!?!

Hi Jo,
I presume your ex has been making payments to the agency, as advised by them in a payment schedule.
Have you involved your local MP?
I would say the same, get your mp involved.
