Anon…anon..anon… an on!!!!!! lets first make a clarification reference your blind conical stare into disbelief and witness to only words that you want to believe you saw…..

NOT one NRP on here has said they are not paying….. or……. do not want to pay for their previous family offspring… In fact … most have evidently confirmed they ARE paying and it IS CAUSING THEIR NEW FAMILY HARDSHIP & POVERTY while financially suppoting PWC retail therapy HABITS/ADDICTIONS rather than use such financial provisions on the welfare of the children.. HENCE CHILD SUPPORT…. NOT PWC SUPPORT!!!!!!!!.

HOWEVER!… I do not financially support my ex… this way I guarantee my child is provided for financially and emotionally… Am I being an irresponsible father????

Oh my god! What a disgusting group of individuals. Chickpea – I totally agree with you! Biological children come first and should be supported. If they can’t handle the consequences don’t have sex. It disgusts me when men leave their biological children behind and start new families and forget about the children they have. Its not the childs fault the parents can’t get on. Stop blaming the woman and everyone else and take responsiblity. Tough luck and MAN UP!!

@ Chickpea I am sorry for the loss of your first husband, however does your husband not make any financial contributions towards your first daughter?

I believe the reference to NRPP’s income being taken into consideration is due to old CSA system where any tax credits, benefits and the NRPP’s own income were taken into consideration when calculating maintenance payments therefore in effect directly “stealing” money meant for another child, there are thousands of families still on the old system even though it was replaced years ago.

chickpea, I do not understand why if you have had so much hurt caused by the CSA you come on here and defend their cause so strongly? You told me in your first post that my step kids are not my resposibility!!! They are!!! i am married to their mother and live with them they call me their dad and i feel i am their Dad, I am the biological father to their little sister and together we are a FAMILY!!! Do I not have the god given right to have a family to love them and support them and deffend anything that might threaten them? The CSA’s demands on me are too much they are leaving my family broke!!! I am a good NRP I have always paid for my daughter since the day she was born, the ex got greedy and took me for everything I had she even stole from me. then she vanished and we cant find her, I used to see my little girl all trhe time but I havent seen her in over a year now because of her Mum and to top it all off I have to pay for this privilage and it costs my new family everything, oh and she left me by the way she was having an affair! Shes bloody horrible! When I married into this new family part of the commitment was that I will love and support my wife and I look after the children in the family as part of that agreement and because I love them and want to look after them, we dont know where their real dad is as he is a genuine deadbeat. You have caused the hatred towards you by being so insensative and yes you do have the right to veiw your oppinion but we all have the right to dissagree with you and tell you so.
This site is fantastic it is a real outlet for people just like me who are forced into poverty by the CSA and is one of our only ways of venting our anger at a system which destroys peoples lives… Our lives!

Oh and for the record, i have never said or even implied that an NRPP’s partner is or should be responsible for the maintenance of and NRP’s child or children. What i did say was the NRP’s children must come first for the NRP, not once did i say the NRPP.
Most NRP’s and PWC’s both had consenual sex knowing that it could lead to a baby and therefore making a contract with that child or children that they come first in the parents lives above all others .
Just because i don’t bleat on about the tough time the good NRP’s get with the CSA, does not imply i work for them, it just means i don’t feel the need too. I first visited this sight a year ago and took away some good advice but now it’s turned into a playground and advice has gone out of the window.
Crack on being abusive and condecending to me if thats what floats your boat but i’m alot more mature and think more things are gained by good old advice, and being proactive!

Who the fuck do you lot think you are?
I am a 43yr old mother of 3 girls, did 22years in the british army, retired in 2007 from the Royal Artillery. My 1st husband was killed in the gulf war in 1991, 4mths before my 1st daughter was born she never had the chance to meet her dad. I remarried and had another 2 daughters and have been married for 15yrs. My life has’nt always been a bed of roses. I drove 16 hours from Germany on several oaccsions to get back home and stop my younger brother from killing himself because of the CSA, i paid for his kids when he could’nt because he lost his business because of the CSA. I got off my backside and visited the CSA in Bolton and demanded to see a manager, and guess what ?i saw one and 3 months later after 2 more demanding visits, he got his case sorted. So i think i am entitled to air my point of few. I’m still looking for the clause on this site that says you have to be an NRP or PWC to have a right to an opinion , so please point me in it’s direction.

on this post alone your opening statement was “you need to provide for your biological daughter first and foremost” now when us nrps or nrpps phone the csa to beg them to consider lowering their ridiculous payment demands this is the exact sort of thing we are told (tough that your other children wont get fed/clothed etc our concern is with the Qc). this man is trapped in csahell fearing for his lovely family hoping for some advice from someone who understands and who has been there/going through it and you bleat that crap to him. you also spout similiar shit on other posts. you personally are not going through any csa trouble so whats gives you the right to “advise” only shit head csa staff do that here so do one.
