CSA Advice for Fathers?

I have 2 sons that i financially maintain through the csa usually through a direct debit. I have recently closed the account that this payment is normally collected from and set up another account with a different bank. The Nationwide Building Society have personally contacted the csa to set up this new arrangement, but it has been completely ignored. I recently spoke to 3 different people over the phone at the csa to try and resolve this matter. I was told that i would have to set up a direct debit arrangement and they would send me the forms.
Yet again this hasnt happened. Also my eldest son is now 17 and i have been told that he is at college so i must keep paying for him. Because i dont see any of my sons i have for proof of this but they are refusing to give me any.

Has a DD mandate just been requested over the phone OR have you also made written requests?

My ex wife has just recently contacted the csa, When we parted a year ago i left her with everything in the house and she stayed there until august this year when she moved out. i had the children over night on Friday and sat, now she has stopped that and now she has just given me contact for Saturday only. when i moved out i took all the debts with me for me to pay as there in my name, but now the csa want to me to pay £96 a week. if i pay this with all my out goings i will leave me with nothing at all a month how can they expect me to pay it. also another thing all the maintenance she gets of me she doesn’t get it taken off her benefits. so il go hungry while shes on the tiles this just inst right, and i have no problem paying for my children but i just cant
