The CSA is constantly releasing stories of how it’s collecting more money and how more children are benefiting (such as this one), but are you actually happy with the Child Support Agency? It’s a simple question, with one of two possible answers. Let us know here.

As of Saturday March 20th 2011 this is 33 votes to Nil. 100% of people who have looked at this are not happy with the Child Support Agency.
Isn’t anyone happy with them at all? Judging by all of the positive news stories they release about themselves you’d think they were really making a difference; I guess not.
i am not happy with the csa has i haven’t been paid by them since the beginning of september it it nearly the beginning of december. i have been sending them lots of emails to ask them why i haven’t been paid anymoney off my son,s dad to pay towards new clothers for my son,food ect and they keep telling me they are sorting it out. how long do i have to wait to recieve any money off my son’s dad for him. i can’t relie on my parents all the time to buy my son some new clothers. i bet their kids get money. but us single parents have to wait, i am sick of it.
I am having exactly the same problems, i havnt had a payment since the 25th of august, what is going on? Its so tough at the moment especially at this time of year.
I hope when they do sort the problems out we get it all in one not dribs and drabs!
i have had 12 years of nothing but hassell i gave my daughters farthers address 12 years ago and still didnt get a penny its always me ringing csa finding out whats going on with case all i have had in 12 years is the odd 5.00. All they ever say is they cant find a address or something else theres always excuses.And u talk to one then ring back next day and get told a different story by another i dont think they have a clue.I have even payed and found the address my self but yet still waiting.Thats why theres men out there farthering kids and getting away with it.It takes two to have a kid so why should one just walk away and get away with it .
CSA are shit!! I pay every month without fail for my two daughters and informed them of my job change a year ago.
I was always contacting them for an update on what the maintenance would rise to and i was always being given different answers from different people who didnt seem to have a clue what was going on.
After 8 months we were sent a letter by CSA with a huge arrears amount on it even though we thought we had paid the arrears 5 months ago and the correct increase had been done from that date which it obviously hadnt!!
Also i recieved a letter claiming i hadnt paid my monthly maintence although i have proof on bank statements.
Why dont the CSA get their priorities right and get the fathers who dont even bother paying anything towards their children instead of the good ones who do pay!!
